Revoll started a monthly dining reward program for our Top sales each month. For our Top Sales of December 2020, we have celebrated at Yugo. A Japanese fusion dining restaurant at Desa Sri Hartamas. It was a great and fun night.
We had our Revoll Stars enjoyed a 7 course dining experience. The course starts with delicacies with Unagi Foie Gras and chicken lollipop. Followed by 2nd course for the greens that comes with a potato and kale salad. 3rd course is a Broth which is the Asari Osuimono, which is basically Japanese clear broth clam soup. Then come the fresh cuts as the fourth course, with Akami and Amaebi cuts. It gets more exciting when it comes to the fifth course, where Revoll stars are being served a vibrant looking coloured Mentaiko Capellini, looking as nice as it also tasted. Main course comes with a selection of red meat which is the Sirloin steak. Optionally, one could alternate the choice for a Halibut Misozuke. Lastly, we got our tastebuds sweetened with a delicate Green Tea cheesecake.
The whole dining experience was awesomely curated for all Revoll stars by Yugo. The hospitality was just above grade.
